RJK type torsional coupling
RJK type torsional coupling adopts an involute drum-shaped tooth structure, which is turned to provide angular deflection to prevent angular force on the pump shaft support and seal, which is beneficial to compensate for radial-angular assembly errors and avoid additional loads. The nylon gear sleeve of the RJK type torsional couplings adopts buffer material, which can effectively reduce the vibration during the transmission process.
The maximum axial clearance of the RJK-type torsional couplings is ±2mm, which can absorb shaft motion, prevent axial force on the seal adjacent to the bearing and the pump element, and realize free shaft rotation.
