R-VQH Rubber Elastic Coupling
Rubber Elastic Coupling uses rubber as a material for rubber parts connecting two shafts or shafts and rotating parts in mechanical transmission shafting. It plays the role of transmitting motion and power and has the functions of compensating for the relative displacement of the two axes and buffering and damping. It is suitable for occasions driven by internal combustion engines and many other occasions with special requirements for torsional vibration.
- Shaft to shaft type and shaft to flange type, with strong torsional elasticity, but also with anti-torsional vibration rubber clip sheet, and the maximum torque can reach 30000Nm, suitable for damping load condition.
- The bushing and flange are made of high quality cast iron GGG40, rubber, which has been gently treated with phosphoric acid and is resistant to wear and corrosion, and the rubber elastic material is oil resistant and wear-resistant material NBR, the hardness is 50SHA, 60SHA, 75SHA optional.
- The dynamic torsional hardness can be increased with load and the torque can be increased with speed, and the resulting characteristic is that the coupling has a corresponding low torsional hardness, which can effectively avoid the vibration speed of the possible co-occurrence from being under the operating speed of the system, which is very suitable for vibration loadreduction.
- It can be used for diesel engines, generator units, welding units, blowers, compressors, and centrifugal pump units.
