RTC standard tubular oil-water coolers
The oil cooler consists of an aluminum alloy cast casing, front cover, rear cover and copper core tube. In order to enhance cooling, heat sinks are installed on the outside of the tube. The cooling water flows outside the tube, the lubricating oil flows inside the tube, and the two exchange heat. There are also structures that allow oil to flow outside the tube and water to flow inside the tube.
The Hydraulic Oil Cooler is placed in the cooling water circuit and uses the temperature of the cooling water to control the temperature of the lubricating oil. When the temperature of the lubricating oil is high, it is cooled by the cooling water, and when the engine is started, the heat is absorbed from the cooling water to increase the temperature of the lubricating oil rapidly.

- Test pressure: According to DIN standard, the max hydraulic hose static pressure is 40bar. Max working pressure 16bar ( tested for 2 million times in the reciprocating circulation test under the condition of 60℃, 2Hz, 0-16 bar).
Water circuit max working pressure 16 bar and max temperature tolerance 95℃. - Max cooling power 500KW. Max fluid flow 850L/min.
- We have one water channel, two water channels and four water channels as option, which applies for different water cooling reguirements.
- Corrosive-proof material for seawater application.
- Industry water or seawater as the cooling water.
- Length can be customized, and max length can be 2200mm.
- Easy for tube disassembly and cleaning. The flange on the cover side can spin 0-90.
- Main components: aluminum alloy shell/cooling block (cooling fin or cooling channel)/cover/seal/bracket.
- Oil filter precision 50u and water filter precision 0.5mm. Water PH ≥ 6.
