- It is a contact-type anti-reverse device suitable for low-speed shafts. A number of wedges are distributed in the railway formed by the inner and outer rings according to certain rules. When the inner ring rotates forward, the wedge only slightly contacts the inner and outer rings. When the inner ring rotates reversely, the wedge wedges the inner and outer rings tightly under the action of the spring force, thereby bearing the backstop torque. Compared with ordinary backstops, it has the advantages of a lightweight, compact structure, easy installation, and low installation accuracy requirements under the same backstop torque.
- Generally suitable for lifting belt conveyors, bucket elevators, scraper conveyors and other equipment with backstop requirements.
- Ambient temperature:-25℃~+40°C.
- Applicable locations: Coal mine underground or above-ground production systems.
- Working environment: There should be no exposed corrosive chemicals or steam around the backstop, such as potassium sulfate dust, chlorine, carbon tetrachloride, etc.
