NF series non-contact backstop is an anti-reversal device suitable for high-speed operation. There are multiple wedges inside the NF-type backstop distributed in the raceway formed by the inner and outer rings.
- NF series non-contact backstop is an anti-reversal device suitable for high-speed operation. There are multiple wedges inside the NF-type backstop distributed in the raceway formed by the inner and outer rings. When the inner ring runs forward, it drives the special-shaped blocks to rotate together; when the rotation speed is within a certain range, the special-shaped blocks rotate under centrifugal force. It deflects under the action of and breaks out of contact with the inner and outer rings, thereby achieving wear-free operation. When the inner ring runs in reverse, the special-shaped block contacts the inner and outer rings under the action of the spring and wedges them into one body, thereby withstanding the reverse torque transmitted from the inner ring.
- Generally suitable for lifting belt conveyors, bucket elevators, scraper conveyors and other equipment with backstop requirements.
- Ambient temperature:-25℃~+40°C.
- Applicable locations: Coal mine underground or above-ground production systems.
- Working environment: There should be no exposed corrosive chemicals or steam around the backstop, such as potassium sulfate dust, chlorine, carbon tetrachloride, etc.
