KPZ type Disc brake
The KPZ-type disc brake device is mainly used for the controllable parking brake of belt conveyors, which can effectively prevent the conveyor from overspeeding during the down-transport process. At the same time, it can also be used as an altermative to the parking function after the backstop fails during transportation.

- The braking torque is adjustable and can achieve linear control. Cooperating with the control device, the parking deceleration of the belt conveyor can be maintained at 0.05~0.3m/s2.
- When the system suddenly loses power, it can still ensure that the belt conveyor decelerates and stops smoothly.
- It is a spring-applied brake-hydraulic release type normally closed structure and has a hydraulic failure protection function.
- The new structural design prevents braking forces from being transmitted to the piston, solving the problem of oil leakage in the brake head.
- Equipped with brake shoe wear and brake release detection functions, which can be remotely monitored.
- The oil pump motor of the hydraulic system works intermittently, saving energy consumption. The hydraulic system generates low heat and has more reliable performance.
