RJM series torque coupling (Silicone)
RJM series torque coupling uses rubber as a material for rubber parts connecting two shafts or shafts and rotating parts in mechanical transmission shafting. It plays the role of transmitting motion and power, and has the functions of compensating for the relative displacement of the two axes and buffering and damping. It is suitable for occasions driven by internal combustion engines and many other occasions with special requirements for torsional vibration.
- Critical speeds are avoided during torque transmission.
- There will be no load that is unfavourable to the machine.
- High-temperature resistance, high hardness, and corrosion resistance are widely used in various mechanical transmission occasions.
- It is suitable for internal combustion engines and many other special requirements for torsional vibration.
- The critical speed is avoided during the transfer of torque, and there will be no load detrimental to the machine.
- High temperature resistance, high hardness, corrosion resistance, applicable to a variety of occasions. The standard working temperature is - 45°C ~ +120 °C, and the silicone rubber materialcan withstand-50 ℃ ~ +180 °C.
- The outer ring is made of aluminium alloy. Finished holes are unthreaded holes or spline holes. The coupling adopts an L-TOC locking structure. The coupling is suitable for generator units, locomotives, hydraulic pumps, centrifugal pumps, and compressors.
- Rated torque range: 160 Nm ~ 40000 Nm.
